I think if you remove that you are giving zero facts! The rest is all technicalities.
Were you aware that you must admit or deny allegations, or they are deemed accepted? That's how it works.
If you did pay & display then say so.
If you were the driver then say so.
Then deny seeing any monetary contractual term over and above the tariff list of fees. Deny entering into a contract to pay £100.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

"5. The Defendant cannot recall the specific details about the alleged offence on the basis that The Defendant has not received a ‘PCN’. The Defendant has however in the past parked at the location cited within the Particulars of Claim, and has used the pay & display machine. The Defendant denies witnessing any monetary contractual term over and above the listed tariff list of fees, and denies entering into any form of contract to pay a £150 fine."0 -
It's not a fine and not £150.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

It says £150 on the POC?0
-
Its NEVER £150, it's also not £150 in the POC either, its £145GodEmperorBozza said:It says £150 on the POC?
Its the amount on the signs and on the PCN, it's always £100, or less, never more than £100 , been that way for 12 years , I did tell you this 10 days ago
Read the POC again, I have, it says its £145 for the original PCN plus damages, so if they added on £70 damages the PCN was for £75, but I think that they added on £60 in damages making the original PCN a typical £85
So I will be willing to bet you £150 that the PCN probably said £85. 😆👺
Its definitely not a fine either, its an invoice for the alleged breach of the parking contract
Its not an offence either, it's an alleged contravention of the parking rules1 -
Okay fair enough. Is the below better?Gr1pr said:

Great. Defence submitted in time and auto-response has been received. Thanks again for your helpful advice everyone.
Quick Q - I have moved flats since receiving the Court Claim. Do I need to let DCB Legal know?1 -
You must ensure that the Claimant, their solicitor and the court service all know your correct address at all times.
Failure to do that is courting trouble.4 -
OMG this is so dangerous. CCJ risked.GodEmperorBozza said:Great. Defence submitted in time and auto-response has been received. Thanks again for your helpful advice everyone.
