Total Parking Solutions claim

Hello
I have received a Claim form from Total Parking Solutions via Civil National Business Centre. I have been away, so have frustratingly missed the 14 day AoS window, however on the MCOL website it states "However, if the claimant has not already entered judgment against you, you may file an acknowledgment of service up to 28 days after service of the claim (or separate particulars) on you". How do I know whether the claimant (TPS Ltd) has already entered a judgement against me, as I would still like to have a crack at defending this rather than just paying these parasites.
Many thanks,

Login to MCOL and do the AOS online, ideally by or before day 19 following the issue date
Whilst in MCOL, copy the claim history and paste it below
Tell us the issue date and the lawyers details who are acting on behalf of TPS1 -
Thanks for speedy response. Done AOS.
Claim History:Issue date - 29/05/2024- "A claim was issued against you on 29/05/2024
- Your acknowledgment of service was submitted on 17/06/2024 at 11:13:17"

Looks like you just scraped in on day 19 with the AOS online, today
Crack on with your defence draft, you have around 2 weeks to email it to the CNBC
Post a redacted picture of the POC on the left of the claim form, hiding the VRM details1 -
Thank the Lord!
Yes I have begun drafting the defence draft. Tbh I do not have any specific defence, so will just be going off the standard defence draft that has so helpfully been provided in this forum.
Pic of POC attached1 -
With a Claim Issue Date of 29th May, and having filed an Acknowledgment of Service in a timely manner, you have until 4pm on Monday 1st July 2024 to file your Defence.
That's two weeks away. Plenty of time to produce a Defence but please don't leave it to the last minute. To create a Defence, and then file a Defence by email, look at the second post in the NEWBIES thread.Don't miss the deadline for filing a Defence.
Do not try and file a Defence via the MoneyClaimOnline website. Once an Acknowledgment of Service has been filed, the MCOL website should be treated as 'read only'.3 -
Many thanks for confirming. Hugely appreciated.
I will file a defence this week. Shall I post here for sensechecking?
Presumably the Witness Statement will only need to be tackled once a court date has been set?0 -
There's a VRM showing on the POC.2

"Partial payment" is the allegation. What happened?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:
Home»Motoring»Parking Tickets Fines & Parking - read the NEWBIES THREAD2 -
Also, interest is calculated incorrectly and applied to the initial charge on the original PCN and the "damages" which is an abuse of process. Throw the book at them in the defence with another preliminary matter.3

Yes there is VRM on the POC. What does that mean in all of this?
Partial payment = paid for x number of hours, but stayed for y. Due to parking for longer than hours paid for, a fine was apparently sent but never actually received. First letter from DCB Legal arrived earlier this year, but I do not recall receiving any correspondence from Total Parking Solutions Ltd.0
