OP you seem to be getting quite a few PCNs over the last couple of years. Might be good idea to think twice before parking in the wrong place.
Interestingly a new law has come into force in Scotland where no parking on pavements is allowed at all. Needless to say that is causing chaos in areas where it has been the de facto thing to do for years, so folk don't now park on the pavements and some roads are virtually blocked.1 -
As far as I can make out it is now covers the whole of Scotland but councils can have select opt outs.user1977 said:

Sorry, you're right, not sure why I thought the above. Makes the default the same as Greater London i.e. no pavement parking unless there's a specific exemption.Arunmor said:
