You will find people saying “I got £xxx” but the majority will never see a penny

this claim was originally taken out in 2022 which was before I had fraudulent activity on my bank account, I would avoid anything like this now,

You should have been provided with the schedule of costs when you signed up with them, they likewise should be able to tell you on request (though technically the request itself adds more cost). 

How much it will cost will depend on how much work they have done. Most tend to exit fairly early in the process and from anecdotal evidence (and my memory) and get bills in the £300-£500 range

Have you phoned them & asked why & to check?

I had a phone call of one of their advisors today, he said I could send in less sensitive personal details but at some point may need more,
