it does all seem a bit incompetent. I wonder if they had a lot of signups off the back of the MSE recommendation and their systems and processes are struggling to cope.3 -

Well my cashback finally appeared yesterday afternoon, but it’s a lot lower than I was anticipating.
The main pull for the account for me (as advertised by MSE) was the 2% cashback on Apple Pay transactions. I’ve received a third of what I was expecting and will be pushing them for a reason when they reopen on Monday. I’ve tabulated the list of transactions I made in June along with the method of payment and will present that to their live chat team for an explanation.
Presumably they don’t discriminate between Apple Pay transactions when they occur using your Watch, the Wallet app on your iPhone or via in-app/Safari Apple Pay transactions? They all come under the Apple Pay banner, so I would expect them to earn cashback.
Their transparency in the entire process has been woeful. At least Chase shows your pending cashback and where and when you’ve earned it. There’s none of that within the app with HyperJar. I’d be telling everybody to steer clear of them for now!0 -
I saw this morning that my cashback had gone into my main HyperJar yesterday evening. It was about the right amount for ApplePay purchases. I was looking for it in the cashback jar (logically). @tch999 you might be right about the discrepancy. They haven’t covered themselves in glory thus far.0

Waste of time!
As I haven't received the 2% cashback on the 30th of July, I have reached out to Hyperjar, and was told to wait a few more days. But i received later that day an £8 for my £4000+ spent (only with hyperjar) in various amazon purchases and a road trip holiday. When i reached out again to Hyperjar , they told me EXCLUSIONS APPLY.
I have read all the list, and mostly don't apply to my case. Hotels, restaurant, supermarket, petrol, clothes, various entry tickets, etc. After that they told me I would receive a detailed email with the cashback list. It's been 2 days and it didn't happen so far. I could have easily used with my wife Chase and gained £30 in this time.0
