I turned 40 and my PIP stopped completely, but my ESA increased by 100 pounds, what happened?

Unless things have changed since I worked in DWP, they do not have public e-mail addresses for outside communication
Contact options for members of the public are by phone (including Relay and Textphone options) or by post.

There is an email address but I have no idea what it is. Although they very rarely respond to it. I know you said you can’t ring them but your PIP has stopped so this really is the only way of knowing why your PIP has stopped.1

As advised on your original thread, and on your thread posted yesterday, your need to TELEPHONE them - both PIP and ESA.If for reasons of anxiety you are unable to do that yourself then you need to get someone to ring them for you, you will need to be with them when they do ring.Previous threads:

Please follow the advice you've been given.... you could have had this matter resolved this morning or last week but you are choosing not to... as advised you can even avoid speaking on the phone if necessary with help from someone else or by using the Relay UK or text option. Link was provided and I'm not wasting any more time... I suggest you do not. There comes a point one becomes frustrated at being ignored when providing clear help to someone. Next nonsense thread is a block - we're not here to give wild guesses, provide information that possibly doesn't exist and be ignored when the solution has been provided. It's insulting and abuse of members in my view who kindly give their time often when in great discomfort or difficulty to help strangers.

If you don't have any family or friends who can help you phone, maybe ask the CAB for help or any other local benefits advice service.
You are wasting precious time trying to find a contact option that doesn't exist.
You can make a complaint afterwards if you want, about them breaching their legal obligation to make reasonable adjustments, but right now you need to find a way to contact them on the only method they provide to find out why your PIP has stopped.
Edit: In case you haven't looked into it, RelayUK is a bit like a hybrid of instant chat messaging and phone. You do not have to speak, you can type.1 -

OP's previous thread is relevant to this question:

Perhaps MSE Towers could link / merge.
Unfortunately, no one can tell the OP how long it will take, as neither we (nor the OP) know why his PIP stopped.
It may be that the OP missed completing a PIP renewal form, so his award has now ended.
The OP after phoning PIP may want to get help from an advice charity to resolve issues / complete any new PIP form.Alice Holt Forest situated some 4 miles south of Farnham forms the most northerly gateway to the South Downs National Park.2 -

You moved address, which you didn't report and you should have. No one can answer any of your questions. We've advised you across 2 different other threads, you need to contact PIP. If you don't contact them your PIP will not be reinstated. I'll say it again, you need to contact them.2
