I’m super paranoid cautious about my money.I’ve opened a 212 Cash Isa and went to pay in £1 as a tester, not via the account linking method. I bank with Lloyds. They red flagged the payment as they couldn’t confirm the name of the recipient against the ac holder so same as comments above re banking with Chase. Not super twitchy about the quid, but I was planning on transferring a substantial sum having given it a go.Any thoughts?0

That's expected. You are sending money to a holding account owned by T212, so you'd need to enter their details for confirmation of payee if it was supported, which I don't think it is. What matters is the fate of the £1 once sent.
