thanks both. It’s good to know this is how it works. I have tried all the icons and did  not find a log off but will have another look
From recollection, it was a drop down in the top right of the box in the centre. I've hurt my neck so it's slowing me down doing everything, otherwise I'd check for you, sorry.

For free, non-judgemental debt advice, try: Stepchange or National Debtline. Beware fee charging companies with similar names.
  • I’m super paranoid cautious about my money.
I’ve opened a 212 Cash Isa and went to pay in £1 as a tester, not via the account linking method. I bank with Lloyds. They red flagged the payment as they couldn’t confirm the name of the recipient against the ac holder so same as comments above re banking with Chase. Not super twitchy about the quid, but I was planning on transferring a substantial sum having given it a go.
    Any thoughts?

That's expected. You are sending money to a holding account owned by T212, so you'd need to enter their details for confirmation of payee if it was supported, which I don't think it is. What matters is the fate of the £1 once sent.
