Wanadoo Upgrade Fee Warning

Im currently paying £17.99 for 512k broadband from Wanadoo (2GB download limit I think), and my 12 month contract is up. Bearing in mind that Tiscali are now offering 2meg bb with unlimited usage for the same price, has anyone successfully got Wanadoo to match the Tiscali offer? (I have no intention of moving to Tiscali due to poor customer service etc)

Hi Alonso - I have just emailed wanadoo to ask if they would match tiscalis 1 meg 2gb 14.99 - will let you know if they oblige

been with them for years, had bb for 18months etc

however given the issues on this thread I don't hold out much hope - that said, I have to agree with you - i would nt touch tiscali either given their probs

- you could always get 2mb with 2gb usage from zazizam for £11.99 - and its readily available, all you need is your mac to move across for free

been with them for 15 months now - service has been great, no problems at all
