Presumably you received the auto email response last week. ?
I would suggest that you check tomorrow and definitely after lunchtime on Friday, because you may want to complain before 4pm on Friday if your DQ is not logged, but as long as you have the auto response email then don't fret1 -
I've checked MCOL today and it states 'i've filed a DQ on 05/08/2024 today. Should i raise this as inaccurate, as it was actually submitted on 14th July. This suggests i've filed it late?

Update-
Just now i've received an email from scmreferrals re mediation appointment dated 11/9/24
Concerned I had selected incorrect box, i checked my Directions Questionnaire and i clearly ticked the box to state i do not wish to mediate however appears they've superseded my request and referred it anyway.
As per the comments- i downloaded the online form ( that was provided to me within this group) which gave me the option of omitting mandatory mediation so unsure if this has been sent in error or irrespective of what form i completed- it's mandatory anyway?
Any ideas?0 -
I've sent an email to the referral team to remove appointment however upon searching on this chat it appears it may well be mandatory for claims submitted after 22nd May- of which mine falls within.0
-
Your claim was issued 29th May 2024. As that is after the 22nd May deadline, you must go through the mediation process. The fact that you used an old DQ form does not recur you from that situation.2

I really didn't want to mediate but if it has to be done- i must do it. I'll await their email response confirming it must go ahead i guess.0

Afternoon all, i've just had my mediation appointment- lasted less than a minute!
I explained although i've prepared a defence i am looking to pay zero as they're scammers and thus she concluded there's no room for mediation as no money offered and will refer to hearing.
Unsure if that's unusual given the circumstances or if she actually agreed with me hence the quick close.
i am now on to prepare my WS etc
