Received claim form from DCB Legal for breach of the terms on the signs ( contract)

I've just completed the N180 Online forms thanks to @Le_Kirk and about to send to the following: DQ.CNBC@justice.gov.uk, info@secureparkingsolutions.co.uk ( claimant) & info@dcblegal.co.uk ( claimant's acting sols).
I just wanted to clarify if i should SEND to ALL or SEND to DQ.CNBC@justice.gov.uk and CC the claimant and solicitor?
I believe it's SEND TO ALL but just wanted absolute clarity.
Additionally, is it necessary for me to put down a contact number ( be it landline or mobile) or is my email address and home address considered sufficient? I only ask this as the DQ completed by Claimant has a number for their office. Again, i just want to ensure it won't get rejected for any reason.
Also i just inputted ' home court' for question E1- is that sufficient or do i need to look up what court this would be?
Thanks again all.

Doesn't really matter but best if you address the email to both the CNBC and the claimant (or solicitor if they're using one) and cc in yourself. One email covers everyone and you receive a copy too to show it went through OK.

I'll send to ALL and cc myself in. I'll just input my mobile for all eventualities and should be ok to just put home court in E1 do you think?0

I've sent it- deem the info provided to be sufficient and received automatic email responses from all. I'll await MCOL to update and next steps.1

Do you mean you have found your home court from the government court finder and inputted the correct address or did you just type "home court" which I think would be wrong.Sattyb1 said:Also i just inputted ' home court' for question E1- is that sufficient or do i need to look up what court this would be?2 -
i just wrote 'home court'. Should i email them back with the actual address for home court or will they bounce this back to me do you know?Le_Kirk said:

They will probably allocate your nearest court based on your postcode
Check your MCOL claim history every few days, if its been logged onto the system, it's done
You can then expect the case to be transferred to your local civil court2 -
Nothing on MCOL yet ( i only sent late last night so expected). I will re-check this Friday and see what it states. I would like to think that it would be common sense that they would input an actual local court but don't want to take my chances. I will revert once known.Gr1pr said:They will probably allocate your nearest court based on your postcode

Looks like they haven't logged your DQ yet, so possibly way behind with the backlog, especially as its over a week since you emailed it
Presumably you received the auto email response last week. ?
I would suggest that you check tomorrow and definitely after lunchtime on Friday, because you may want to complain before 4pm on Friday if your DQ is not logged, but as long as you have the auto response email then don't fret2
