Hello everybody (<< Dr Nick from the Simpsons)

I still need to lose about 2 stone so I'm in, if noone minds me joining that is. Its actually a bit more than a 2 stone now (after Christmas, can you believe I put on 2kgs?) but its near enough that losing 10kgs will be my new target.
Its nice to see Spud already here, plus some others from Lucys party season challenge.

Oh go on then I'll post my measurements.
    Bust 44" Stomach 34.5" Hips 44" (Dress size 16)

  • Well today I didn't do too bad.. my DVD hasn't arrived but I spent all day running around like a loon at work getting jobs done and climbing up and down ladders which MUST count as exercise as I'm knackered!! I had a fairly healthy lunch... sandwiches, a banana ( I won't mention the crisps) and an apple after work. Having cheese and tomato pasta bake for dinner.. :D

  • OK I'm all measured up now:

    waist 28"
    hips 34"

I weigh 11st today and can fasten my size 10 jeans ... but not as comfortably as I would like to.

I want to lose 2" of my waist and my hips and 1/2 stone in weight, and I am weight watchers for the weight loss part of it

I have dug out my twisty disc thing and promise to do some sit ups. I might even get hubby's dumbells out and tone my bingo wings ;)

However, I think I will stall any further measurements until after New Year as we have all sorts of festivities planned and I don't want to feel guilty for eating pringles and sausage rolls.

Absolutely, I need a challenge to help make me stick to a diet.

I've put on a bit of weight over Christmas too hun (we're twins remember ;) ) It's really scared me how fast it goes back on.

Good luck, we can both do this last 2 stone

There seems to be a lot of people wanting to lose 2 stones which makes me feel a lot happier people have the same target as me! :D
