Hi everyone got another letter today

Start preparing your Popla appeal, but keep going with plan A, because plan A is better than any appeal
POPLA codes last up to 33 days2 -
Two main points of POPLA appeal:
1. The NtK is not compliant with PoFA and so the keeper cannot be liable and declines to name the driver.
2. The operator has not shown that the person it is pursuing is the driver and persuasive legal precedent does not allow inference or any twisted interpretation of the law of agency.
3. The “kitchen sink” of other POPLA points including signage, landowner contract and BPA CoP failures.3 -
Thank you! Not done a popla appeal before - this will be interesting!1

I just realised the letter they sent was 1st August with my popla code - it's been 28 days so I think I can't appeal to popla anymore :-(0
