Hi everyone is there anyway to appeal an overstay at Waitrose car park?
Over stayed the 2 hour limit I completely forgot its maximum 2 hours. They said fine is £95 and reduced to £50 if paid within 14 days - it’s Brittania Parking.

Please read the Newbies/FAQ thread for your answers.
If you can show me the word "fine" in any of the correspondence you received, I would be happy to pay it for you.

Complain about the PCN to Waitrose using proof of patronage and get it cancelled ASAP, plan A
Use the royal WE, not I , complaining as keeper
Your appeal to the parking company should come from the keeper using a template appeal

One small problem - I didn’t buy anything so don’t have a receipt unfortunately. I was running errands nearby and popped in very briefly.0

You don't have to buy anything to be a customer. Are you a regular shopper at Waitrose?Let us see a redacted copy (both sides) of the Notice to Keeper that Britannia have sent to you. Blank out your personal data, your VRM and any QR/barcode showing on it. Please leave all dates visible. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

It's very obviously non-PoFA (which you'll know from when you read the NEWBIES thread first and looked at the linked thread of NTK pictures) so an absolute slam-dunk cinch to appeal.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
