This is so hard!!!
I bought biscuits for work yesterday and kicked myself for ruining what could have been a NSD - But then I remembered work is pretty hard going at the moment and if some jammie dodgers help alleviate just a little of the stress, then it's money well spent - sort of....

Our mortgage offer has now come through for December, we have reduced the term, which I'm proud of considering the price rises.
