Not today I had an impromtu doctors appt. It was a drive away in my lunch hour I went to the farm shop on the way hoping to get some sweet potato scottish eggs for lunch, I got them, if I had just got those it wouldn't be a big problem, but I got a bunch of other stuff, not healthy either which I have now thrown, I know a waste, but I shouldn't have gone there or bought them, not good for sugar levels, I am supposed to be reducing my sugar levels. Never mind hopefully it is a lesson well learned now. I have received a device to measure blood sugar without needles, so I think it would be good if I actually started to use it! Maybe give me some inspiration to reduce the blood sugar levels.3

I bought biscuits for work yesterday and kicked myself for ruining what could have been a NSD - But then I remembered work is pretty hard going at the moment and if some jammie dodgers help alleviate just a little of the stress, then it's money well spent - sort of....
Fingers crossed for a NSD today.1 -
