    Yes but you knew that.

You also know what the email she sent said about the duty to check again prior to litigation.  So she can see they've avoided answering.

If you can't get them to agree to a Consent Order you know what to do instead. See the CCJ set aside thread by @Zbubuman for how to word the WS and Draft Order to accompany the N244.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Do you think she should send another email stating that they have not answered the email she sent correctly? Im not sure what to say or how to word it though? Along with evidence of her address now with a council tax bill?

If not then I dont have the time or the brains to put in the effort if took for zbubuman’s N244, WS and draft order.

She has been asking me what are the risks of just leaving it and riding it out?

The ways it already affects her are explained back on page one etc

Problems with mortgage applications, problems getting loans , credit or credit cards etc

Problems with other financial problems like mobile phone contracts etc , a CCJ can negatively affect her ability to get a loan, credit card or even a bank account. Plus can't rent a house, can't get certain jobs etc Read the possible consequences in this link below

    https://www.masonbullock.co.uk/3-ways-a-ccj-can-ruin-your-life-and-what-to-do-about-it/

The CCJ affecting her credit report etc lasts for 6 years

The claimant doesn't care if she sends another email or anything else, it doesn't change their stance at all, even if it was one hundred emails, they aren't going to do the required job and pay for it , so will just keep saying the same as the latest reply, or ignore her completely

It will ruin her credit for 6 years. Phone contracts, car insurance (no ability to pay monthly), bank accounts, loans, flat rentals, mortgage and some job prospects.

You only have to copy and adapt the one already shown by @Zbubuman.  Very easy.
