If you move out, outside of the mortgage, you don’t need to be paying 50% towards any bills. Any child maintenance that you pay would cover your responsibilities.
Once a  financial settlement is in place   responsibility for all payments for where she lives will be down to her.  If she can’t afford it, then she needs to reconsider her long term plans.
All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.

Exactly this. On moving out you notify all providers and the bills go into her sole name.

Once you leave this is not your problem.

The credit card - in her name = not your problem therefore if she keeps spending on it also not your problem.

Joint account. Get your own separate your finances.

Mortgage - you obviously have liability here. So any arrears will be both your responsibility. However if you are paying 100% currently then pay it directly and not via her.

Pay the child maintenance to her. Don't pay the child as she could claim your not paying.

Use your house in full whilst you live there. No need to message her and tell her what rooms you'll be using and when. That's madness
