Hi everyone,

I want to sincerely thank you all for your support throughout this process. After speaking with Jackson Yamba, he believes we have strong grounds for a successful appeal, including issues such as the NTK missing the amount, discrepancies between the PoC and witness statement issue dates, differences between the witness statement presented to the judge and the one I received, and matters concerning the registered keeper versus the actual keeper.

However, considering the increased costs, the time commitment, and the stress and harassment I’ve already endured, I’ve decided to cut my losses and step away from this case. My experience has shown that even with a strong argument, the outcome can hinge on the judge’s approach. In this instance, the judge appeared one-sided, did not apply the law correctly, and dismissed valid points—even when the evidence was clearly presented.

This experience has left me believing that the judicial system in this country is seriously broken.

Any judge that thinks this is acceptable evidence with missing amounts should be removed from their position and bring back some faith in our judicial system.

That's why the facility exists. 

It's not unusual for judges to be criticised by other judges in the case of appeals.
