  • Sorry again, I will definitely be doing it now.

I've now removed point 16 from my witness statement above since UKPPO aren't in the BPA.

I filled in most of the N244 form last night. I genuinely appreciate the help @Coupon-mad
I've attached a screenshot, please let me know if I've filled in anything incorrectly, I tried to follow what others have done in the threads you recommended.

On a side note whats weird is I stopped receiving any letters completely from BWLegal but have received many letters for people who lived her over 6 years ago, I'm assuming its for legal matters as I had a baliff for someone random at the buzzer. Goes to show they don't have the most up to date details.

Why no order as to costs?  Isn't this N244 costing you £303?

Change 'UKPPO' (to be served with a copy) to 'the Claimant, via their legal representatives BW Legal'.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

@Coupon-mad thanks again for being so helpful - I've changed it to '3. Refund N244 costs paid by Defendant.'
    Hope thats alright :/

@KeithP Thank you too,  I've put in BWLegal address in box 9A

I'm also submitting my sisters utility bill that was near the parking space as evidence, I'm hoping the judge will see that the case is genuine.
  • Sorry forgot to post the image of the form.

    Better to say:

The Claimant do pay the Defendant's costs of the application and hearing attendance.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
