Only certain CIFAS data is relayed via credit agencies, so if you want to know what CIFAS has on file for you, you need to submit a subject access request to them directly:
https://www.cifas.org.uk/contact-us/subject-access-request/subject-access-request-form
Probably best to keep to one thread, as you've already started multiple ones about this, and it'll presumably be part of the same story....1 -

There is usually a delay in it showing on a CIFAS subject access report though. You may want to repeat the check in a few weeks to be completely sure.1

I received a email back from CIFAS and they hold no data on me. I also opened a Starling bank account which was approved within a few hours. I've been reading about CIFAS marks and the reasons people get them. I barely used the account, the only two transaction this year has been me putting money into premium bonds, one payment of £1000 and one of £500. I have not lied on applications, no one has used my account, no one has sent me money for me to send to somewhere else. Do you think I should continue checking for a marker ?0

You have not given us enough information even to speculate on what has happened here. How was your account funded? When was it funded? Where did the money come from? What payments did you make from the Santander account and when? It probably does not matter, unless you do the same with another account.
