Just browsed back on your earlier info. Don't use that photo for POPLA!kevinyork said:Thanks for your help so far guys. Here is the signage.
Do use the points you raised above and that wide view photo of a lack of signs. Don't admit to using the car park before, or the Assessor might conclude that you know the terms & rules.
Whether you admit to driving depends if the PCN was POFA worded or not. There is a whole thread of NTK pictures I started this year, linked in the NEWBIES thread. View the MB one(s) and what we said about them.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thanks. I did look at the newbies thread but didn’t see anything relevant after the initial appeal template. I’m afraid the acronyms are leaving me a bit confused. What’s NTK and MB?Coupon-mad said:

Acronyms are in the newbies thread but for avoidance of doubt:NTK- Notice To KeeperMB Minster BaywatchIf the gym are really spending £1k a month cancelling fines scam charges then the management are total dimwits for signing a contract that demands that and as you rightly state there is obviously something wrong here (or contrived by the PPC to enhance revenue) and your photo of the lack of signage suggests a honeytrap has been set up on purpose.2

That's odd. Take another look! As I said: "There is a whole thread of NTK pictures I started this year, linked in the NEWBIES thread. View the MB one(s) and what we said about them."kevinyork said:

Acronyms are also in the NEWBIES thread (but obviously not MB which I assumed was self explanatory).
