Thanks for posting Kokoraki. It's really helpful to get an explanation. Just a shame Virgin didn't think to explain it to their customers sooner saving much stress and anxiety. They should have sent a courtesy email to everyone at the the very least.0

Virgin Money phoned me last week to inform me that they have lost my complaint made on the 17th May. They asked me what it was regarding - I’m not sure whether the contact was made by them since I followed up on my complaint with them or via FOS since they have taken up my case. I received a vague letter saying thanks for your complaint, we’ll look into it. All pretty shambolic 12 weeks down the line!0
