Barclays New style debit Cards?

Has anyone received the new Barclays Vertical Debit card?

I've a few, but not Barclays. 

I had to check though - until I saw this post I hadn't noticed...

Well on the Website it shows the vertical cards & according to Reply (On X) to Barclaycard post it says rolling out soon! 

Wondering what the cards will look like

Probably a bit like the picture above

I still have a personalised Barclays debit card that I quite like. I'm guessing this will be done away with with the new card when it comes around to replacement.

Or you can customise the new style debit cards which would still be good

Not saying that it won't happen - but in theory a flat card makes personalised card designs easier.

They'll issue you with a plain one come renewal time, and you'll have to cough up £10 for a new personalised one unless you have a Premier account.

Not sure if Barclays will keep the customer picture debit cards once the new design is released

I opened a student account on the 2nd of July 2024 and they sent me THALES 01/22 Horizontal card with the numbers on the front. I think Barclays are one of the last banks to use the horizontal cards with the numbers on the front which I like. Everyone else has now got the numbers exclusively on the back of the card.

On newly opened accounts both Barclays & Co-op have sent the old type of debit cards.
