Issues with O2 Complaint
Hi All,
Not sure if this is the correct forum so happy to move if it's not.
I've been having issues with my O2 account for several months. I logged a complaint at complaintreviewservice@o2.com but didn't receive a response. I contacted the O2 Facebook team a week later who advised that they could not find the complaint. I then was asked to send it again, however, again the social media team could not find the complaint. I then logged the complaint through Facebook, I was given a deadline of 10 days, however, 7 weeks later they can't provide an update. I even sent an email to the following address two weeks ago and never received a response, ceo's_office@o2.com.
What is my best course of action? Initially I logged the complaint over the phone but it was closed immediately without investigation.
