RBS ending Malwarebytes Premium subscription

Been using the free Malwarebytes Premium Security subscription for the past 5 years through NatWest but I also haven't received the promised email regarding the 85% discount. After lots of faffing about with the BOT chat, I've now managed to create a Support Ticket so hope it gets sorted..

I've had more than one email from MWB, but RBS haven't informed me that they are stopping their arrangement.

I think I saw (but double-check if it interests you) that once you have subscribed at the discount price for one device, you can decide later that you want to add further devices and still get the discount

I've been getting the notifications from Malwarebyte that my sub through my bank is about to expire, but funnily enough I closed my RBS account four years ago! I wonder Malwarebyte just kept auto-renewing everyone who was registered via their bank regardless? I'm sure RBS wouldn't keep them up to date if you close an account.

Thanks so much for the advice here. After stressing about this for weeks as hadn't received the 85% discount email as promised and finding no useful info online, I luckily found this post yesterday and created a SupportTicket as advised through the MWB IBOT Chat in my account. Had an email from Malwarebytes a couple of hours later which read "IMPORTANT SUBSCRIPTION UPDATE Dear Customer, We wrote to you earlier this month to let you know that the Malwarebytes Premium Security subscription provided through your bank* is soon to expire. At Malwarebytes, we’re committed to keeping you protected, so we’re offering you an exclusive 85% discount on our standard subscription for a period of 1 or 2 years. The offer is valid until June 30, 2024.". It would appear that they are aware that many did not get the promised 85% discount email as promised.
