I have tried to raise this with Malwarebytes without success. Can anyone please advise how to log into the account with them? I only recall using the NatWest key to get the service? Many thanks0

Do not make the mistake of thinking that NWG has registered you at MWB, you would have had to register your subscription yourself.0 -
It certainly seems an unwieldy process! I have finally established a live chat and been told the ticket has been escalated and they are certainly aware of the discount offer in the email sent 15/05/24 which so many have not received. Will post again if I am successful. Thanks for all suggestions.0

FYI I have just received a reply to the ticket I created this morning

Support have renewed my subscription 2 devices £12 for 2 years0

I've finally managed to get a reply. I went into my account ( if you don't have an account fairly sure you can click on account on the top right of your app on desktop anyway and create one from the app).Anyway, from the app I went to BOT chat and just kept putting in 'support ticket' until it came with 'an email support ticket has been sent'.After a couple of replies I got this -'You can use this link to renew the license
******link removed*****
make sure you put in the correct amount of devices and for the correct term'.There's an option to choose number of devices and either one or two years subscription. One device for 1 year is £4.50 or two years for £9.00Then small increases for each device. eg 5 devices is £10.50 for a year and the one I went for 5 devices for two years at £21.00 including vat. It says price should be £139.98 so is 85% off and for two years.Went straight on to my account although I did lose the few days left.Expiry date now 25/5/26.
Hope this helps and everyone can get sorted. Remember to turn off auto renewal.

Still not had an email, hmm. Can you just go on live chat as above and ask for the offer?0

You can't because they just say they don't do discount codes over live chat. You have to go through the ticket system. I submitted a ticket the other day, they responded saying they were looking into it, but the ticket got closed without a response. Not sure if they're still going to respond or if I need to open another ticket.
