New oil heating advice

I literally have no clue about what I should and should not be installing so would anyone in the know be able to advise if there is anything missing from this list? Is this a good boiler? Our current boiler is around 25 years old and definitely on the way out. The warranty doesn't seem very long. We need to have the boiler…

It's a pity that next time around, when you replace what will be your new oil boiler with a heat pump, you will probably need to replace your radiators all over again. It looks like you will keep the hot water cylinder you already have, since the quote does not include a new one; that will be replaced when you get that heat pump.
