Say yes and that you ask for the same courtesy.90Ninety said:So today, the claimant's solicitors 'Gladstones' sent an email asking 'do you accept service of documents by email, which may include witness statement and trial bundle?'
Should I be accepting this, are there any implications?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Another update. Received the hefty 42 page document pack from gladstones and ironically a separate letter from the court, on the same day, stating that the Claimant failed to pay the Court Hearing fee . Thus the claim has been struck out

Why the PPC can pay solicitors to draft a 42 page claim but wont pay a sub £30 court fee is beyond me ..
Anyway I hope this is the end of this Debacle
Now off to my next Dimly lit carpark fine, these obnoxious carpark bullies are a disgrace.3 -
And so say all of us!
ANOTHER ONE BITES THE DUST!
It seems. But...
Keep all your paperwork and that 42 page pile of drivel, just in case Gladstones are able to prove that letter crossed in the post with their payment having been made.
We've seen cases resurrected before.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
