Good afternoon. Now that I’ve received confirmation that my appeal was successful and they are cancelling the PCN, how do I go about ensuring they erase my details as requested in my appeal and find out who is responsible for the GDPR breach? Is it euro car parks for wrongly requesting the information or is it the DVLA/DVSA for supplying it?2
