Simple calculation, probably not the one officially required but does show minimum wage is not being paid.
You work 39.5 hours a week
There are 365.25 days in a year on average.
You work for 5 days each week so your average number of working days per year is 5/7 th  of 365.25 which is 260.89 days which divided by 5 gives an average number of weeks worked in a year of 52.178
Minimum wage is £11.44 so £11.44 times 39.5 is £451.88 per week
Average number of weeks worked in a year 52.178 times minimum weekly wage for a week £451.88 is £23578.19 per annum.

You mention you haven't yet had your P60. Your employer has until 19th May to issue that to you. Although I always used to issue it with the March payslips, I didn't have to.
    from You Gov:

Give a P60 to all employees on your payroll who are working for you on the last day of the tax year (5 April). The P60 summarises their total pay and deductions for the year.

You must give your employees a P60 by 31 May.

They have until last day of May to do it. So it. I will  Contact hmrc then
What should i tell hmrc, are they likely to quote my name to my employer.

If you don't want to wait for your P60, your personal tax account should have your last month's pay and tax details in 2023/24 by now and thus the totals for the whole tax year.

This says to contact ACAS if you're being paid below NMW:

I contacted HMRC , ACAS, my union they all said contact my employer first to try to resolve it amicabl which I have done. Also to note, hmc said that it's more complex working our hourly rate for salaried I you have to find out the annualised hours figure to know what my hourly rate is,, they worked it out that I am getting around £11.34 per hour

I would disagree with that even using simplified rounded down figures an NMW rate of £11.44 for 39.5 hours a week for 52 weeks gives £23497.76

    £11.34 would only give £23292.36

On this basis the hourly rate is a shade under £11.20
    £11.20 gives £23004.80

    Edit
Or working on actual working hours for the year April 24 to March 25
You get 209   8.5 hour days and 52  5.5 hour days which is 2062.50 hours for the year
    2062.50 times 11.44 is £23595 per annum

On 23000 per annum that gives an hourly rate at the moment of a shade over £11.15 an hour.
