DFS .. trying to get a refund over sending me the wrong colour feet

I realise that but unfortunaleyl her complaint was about the feet not the other  reasons she regrets buying it.

Erm to put you right I actully did want them to solve the problem in the end I agreed for someone to come and fit them after they got dumped on my doorstep . After they was the wrong colour again and did not match the others and then tried to say there was “chips” in the feet . And after they said something like “ can easily be rectified” well it clearly can’t because this has been going on for months and haven’t got it right so I gave them chances :-)

Yes, but at this stage you wouldn't want them to send a full set of matching feet but would prefer to proceed with rejecting the sofa?

Well at this point anything I say they are refusing and have something to say about it

I’m starting to think that may be the issue… If 12 matching feet get delivered, the sofa might suddenly sprout some additional arms.
