Good luck for your interview @mrscautiousMrsCautious said:Morning all, an early shout for NSD number 9.
thank you @laurenh1 and @cathybird for your kind wishes.Feeling proud of myself for so little spending. I’m really determined at the moment as I am going away for the weekend next week. It’s s trip with a planned itinerary and eating at restaurants each day. Me and my partner can take it in turns to pay so that will lessen the dent on my finances! For someone who lost their main source of income last month, the timing isn’t ideal. But I have a job interview before I go! And I’ve been very lucky to pick up more work from home in the meantime.Another beautiful sunny day where I am. Hope to make it out for a walk and a swim amid said newly acquired work.

Thanks for the suggestion @Worlds_Worst_Superhero. I’m never 100% sure what to count and not to count as an NSD so I tend to count everything other than monthly bills, groceries and petrol as spends 🤷♀️Worlds_Worst_Superhero said:
Perhaps you could you log this as a charitable donation, rather than a spend?AuntieL said:Happy to report this has not been an NSD for me today. I invested £10 in an enterprise group in my school - a group of fantastic teenagers who plan to bake and sell cakes to raise money for our school breakfast club.🧁Debt-free journey started August 2023. @AuntieL there aren't really any hard and fast rules about donations, and strictly speaking they're not a necessity, but they are helpful and kind, and if it was your only spend all day I think you could probably discount it. xxAuntieL said:Thanks for the suggestion @Worlds_Worst_Superhero.
