Here it is the Court claim form (attached)
Although the date on the letter states 19th Nov, I only recieved it yesterday(22nd) , I don't know if that makes any difference.
I would appreciate any advice on the next steps . What are my options and chances going forward & how such cases have panned out lately.
    Many thanks.
With an issue date of 19/11/25 and providing you complete(d) the AoS after 24/11/25 and before 08/12/25 your defence deadline date is 4.00 p.m. on 22/12/25
The claim form allows five days for delivery so receiving it on 22/11/25 is OK.
As @kryten3000 and @Coupon-mad points to use the standard defence template for Moorside Legal for poorly pleaded claims, which cite Chan & Akande.

    Hi,
Thanks for your reply. Sorry what does AOs mean? and do I just draft a template claim from the site and send it as defence ? Also what usually happens next in these Moorside cases pls. Is there any chance of success .
    Many Thanks

AOS is Acknowledgement of Service,  telling the CNBC that you received the N1SDT claim form pack and are defending plus obtaining more time to complete these early stages,  study post 2 in the newbies sticky thread in announcements near the top of the forum,  usually about 3 down from the top

You will draft your defence based on the template defence for Moorside claims,  copied into WORD, adapted where necessary, then copied and pasted into the defence box on MCOL in due course

Stick to dealing with the present,  forget about the rest for now,  plenty of time to learn about the topic once you have completed the basics

We can't do this piecemeal and it is worrying you don't seem to have read post 2 of the NEWBIES thread (and also then read post 5 of it, if flummoxed by our standard forum acronyms).

We've never lost a Moorside case.

Why not just search the forum to find that out and learn / gain confidence from recent defences exactly like yours?
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:
Home»Motoring»Parking Tickets Fines & Parking - read the NEWBIES THREAD
