Hi All, Defence submitted! Thank you to CP, Gripr, Mackenzie, Le Kirk, 1505 Grandad and everyone else that's helped me. I'll post when I hear back (already had the confirmation from the courts that defence was received)

    Hi All.

So earlier in the week, had a note from DCB advising they are looking to proceed with the clai.  They provided a filled out a questionnaire although I've not had anything from the courts just yet but will provide an update when it comes through.

As expected. Please see the 8 Steps in the Template Defence Announcement, post #1, where the early solicitor DQ is highlighted.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

No need for updates that are in the 8 steps.
