I've phoned a premium line for a certain time, which should've been charged(with the money taken off of my top up). However nothing got taken off and nothing was charged. In a sense, I used a premium line for free(where it stopped been charged). (This is the issue)
My mobile phone provider stated some premium lines are not charged. I don't know if I can use this asy defense if they take action.
It's been well over two and a half months and nothing. They did bar me and tell the people who answer not to talk to me.

- you’ve made calls that have been deducted from any inclusive minutes that your contract comes with. No extra charge has been made.
- you have then constantly called the mobile provided and asked them why they have not been charged and they have repeated the same answer.- you want to know if that’s a suitable defence for a completely hypothetical scenario where they take you to court, or something?
Why are you still chasing this?0 -

-I made calls for a certain time to a premium number which never got charged (so I used the service for free where it should've been charged £1.60 per minute)
-I did contact my mobile phone SIM company, which they stated some premium lines are not chargeable (I only contacted them once, have contacted them again).
-The premium line company has barred me and I hope that is that
It's been well over two and half months and nothing.
However, just in case they take me to court, my mobile phone SIM provider did state some premium numbers are not charged and only a 0.10 got taken off of my top up.
I'm not sure what could happen.

I basically used the service for free.I'm not sure what could happen.0
