Will mobile phone company offer a repayment plan?

I spoke to my mobile phone provider.
I believe I am on a 30 day rolling contract.
I spoke to them, I assume I have that much yo.pay since I've added up the premium rate of £1.50 plus the network charge and I assume it comes up to £500.
However I phoned them and the company said my bill in total for 300 minutes of premium calls is £2.20!
£2.20!
The customer service provider stated I have unlimited minutes and sometimes even a premium rate is included.
They said some premium calls are not charged.
However, in the past, different mobile phone companies add the premium rate onto the next bill.1 -
Set an additional billing limit on your phone of say £10 and that way you cannot incur a big bill.0

And don't risk premium rate numbers again - next time you might not be so lucky.

All I know is, I used premium numbers in the past and the other mobile phone companies, they charged me for the premium calls with the network charge.
I topped up £15.
However this mobile phone company said I have unlimited minutes and they said some premium calls are not charged.
Maybe it's a slap in the back.

I don't know what's the right answer.
My last post gives the detail.
Maybe someone has more experience in this.

What do you mean what's the right answer? If you've been told the bill is £2.20 and the premium rate numbers weren't charged then that is the right answer....?
Perhaps look into the fundamentals of what numbers are charged for by your network and whether you can incur any bills in excess of your top up amount and you can avoid this situation next time - as you keep talking about topping up, how do you spend beyond your credit?
