I spoke to my mobile phone provider.

I believe I am on a 30 day rolling contract.

I spoke to them, I assume I have that much yo.pay since I've added up the premium rate of £1.50 plus the network charge and I assume it comes up to £500.

However I phoned them and the company said my bill in total for 300 minutes of premium calls is £2.20!

    £2.20!

The customer service provider stated I have unlimited minutes and sometimes even a premium rate is included.

They said some premium calls are not charged.

However, in the past, different mobile phone companies add the premium rate onto the next bill.
If you don't already access your billing data via the provider's app or website, then it sounds like this would be worth doing, as this would allow you to monitor exactly what's going on at all times?

I have accessed my usage on the website of my mobile phone SIM provider.

This shows the minute and how much from my top up has been deducted.

Non standard calls are capped at around £0.15 per minute.

However it's been 21 days and no invoice from the service I am calling yet. No letter.

Today I tried to call and it's saying the CL has barred me.

I'm not sure what it means.

I phoned again today, however the normal person I spoke to, informed me they cannot talk to me anymore.

I don't think some premium rates are charged with the mobile phone company.

I top up my phone. The network rate gets charged. However the £1.50 per minute premium rate never got charged.

    After two months, no letters.

Could I get into trouble as it was never charged?

    Again

I tried to phone, they say I cannot do another talk with me.

    They barred me last time.

It's been 2.5 months and no letters to my house.

Surely they'd have to send a letter first asking to pay up rather than going to someone who comes to my house with a live writ.

It sounds like you have called your mobile provider quite a few times regarding this issue, and they have nothing more to add to their previous responses so aren’t going to discuss this any further with you.  Probably best to stop calling them.

I phoned the premium line company, which they've barred me and told the people who answer that they cannot talk to me.

However I stupidly asked them the reason for this which the premium line company says to look into this further, can I send proof.

Over 2.5 months and no letters asking for payment, my phone provider said before some premium calls are not charged and it seemed like I was using this for free. Maybe barring me and telling the people who answer not to talk to me hopefully is the end.

The onus is on my mobile phone SIM provider who did state some premium lines are not charged. So in essence I've phoned for free

Over two and a half months and nothing
  • I can’t be the only one who’s followed this whole thread and is still absolutely baffled as to what the OP is going on about, what the issue is and what is trying to be achieved?
