    In fact, if I work no over time for the next 3 months then I won't pay any tax at all.

    If you filled a form in declaring you are a student and you are not then sorry that is fraud.

    At the time I filled it in I was a student so nothing.

    Plus, I could well have not filled the form in for this year and it could have been in the pervious tax year.

    At the time I filled it in I was a student so nothing.

    You must inform the tax office of anything the effects your tax status straight away. As you have failed to do this then you are committing tax evasion.
