    Phil, the situation you are in is of your own doing I'm afraid. I see on the Employment board that you have mentioned filling in a form to not pay tax. It sounds like you have stated you are a full time student and will not earn over £5k this tax year. You should have considered when you filled in that form that you weren't going to be a student for much longer. Of course your employer isn't deducting tax, as you are claiming student status when you shouldn't be. I'm sorry, I've tried to be helpful but, to be very f****ng honest Phil, you numpty!!

    Well if what Madjock says is true then SP you are a fool and the sooner you own up to your 'mistake' the better.

    I suppose I lacked foresight there, but it is easy to do. As long as I know to expect to get wacked for tax in a month or two then its not so bad. From next Apr that form I filled in will run out and I will fine from then.
