AI posters

I'm not sure if this is the right board or not, but what is the forum policy on AI posts?
I ask because there's a new poster who has managed to post 6 comments on the Consumer Rights board within 30 minutes. And 4 of those posts were made in the space of 3 or 4 minutes and were quite detailed - too detailed I'd have thought to be drafted that closely together in time. They also read a bit as if they might be scripted or templated.
The Legal Beagles forum is occasionally invaded by AI posters and they're a pain in the rear.
I hope they don't become a feature on here...
(There's also the problem of them posting consumer advice without any real understanding or responsibility)

I think that the poster you are referring to has been banned.2

I think I asked that question on site feedback before and the answer was not to call people out but to let the forum team know and they will decide. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.2 -
didn't notice they'd been banned
