This is nothing to do with the POFA.

I think i got it, the code of practice says:

"You should display the BPA’s AOS logos at al sites. This will help the public to see that you are a legitimate operator, and show that the site is run properly"

Although CEL is on the list of approved operators they failed to display the BPA roundel on the sign therefore not being compliant ..

Im thinking to reply with this to get the ball rolling, without mentioning the yellow roundel until i get the POPLA code..:

I dispute your 'parking charge', as the keeper of the vehicle. I deny any liability or contractual agreement and I will be making a complaint about your predatory conduct to your client landowner.
There will be no admissions as to who was driving and no assumptions can be drawn. Since your PCN is a vague template, I require an explanation of the allegation and your evidence. You must include a close up actual photograph of the sign you contend was at the location on the material date as well as your images of the vehicle.

As expected the appeal was refused by CEL,
this is goin to be my defence to POPLA:
Extracted from the British Parking Association code of practice:
You should display the BPA’s AOS logos at al sites. This will help the public to see that you are a legitimate operator, and show that the site is run properly"
As the sign does not comply with the strict BPA code of rules i direct you to cancel the PCN..

    Any comments welcome..

The logo is in that yellow sign.

There is no way you should do a very short POPLA appeal on one weak point.  This is what the third post of the NEWBIES thread is there to stop people doing.
