hello good people, advice need it (again) :my other half parked in CEL managed car park and i received a PCN as i am the registered keeper, my question at this time is shall i defend it under my name, baring in mind i already had 2 PCN's cancelled before court (same registration) or will i have better chances disclosing the driver...thank you in advance

You will have to provide more information, such as a redacted copy of both sides of the PCN and pictures of the signage on site too, at this moment do nothing until we get proper information to assist you

CEL will not remember you.  They don't join up the dots with old cases.  Always better for the keeper to appeal.

No idea as far too much is covered up.

But you don't need to ask us anyway because my thread of NTK pictures already shows you the CEL versions. It clearly states which one is POFA and which one isn't.

It's linked in my profile of course (all a user's own threads are) but as you'd expect, that NTK pictures thread is also linked in NEWBIES PLEASE READ THESE FAQS FIRST.

Only redact name and address, VRM details, and PCN reference number, so redact the personal and private stuff, but leaving all the rest showing , otherwise we can not see what needs to be seen

So, just because they mention this " notice is issued under schedule 4 of POFA 2012" does it make it ok..

Depends on the rest. Pics are in the thread.  We don't need to check NTKs for posters any more as that thread is there to stop any need to go over old PoFA wording ground.

Ok, i studied the pictures and it looks that this one is POFA compliant.
The driver is saying that was invited by Alison to join the church but no one was there as  went to the wrong church. The driver saw the sign but (being dyslexic)  thought that the church offers free parking so left the car there for about 40 minutes...
Shall i start the appeal with this without naming the driver..

I think that sign is clear in its message but isn't compliant, as it doesn't include the BPA Roundel.
