Forget about MCOL, its no longer in play , hence why the password doesn't work, it expired months ago

Correspond with the CNBC in Northampton by email if that is where the claim came from and is where your documents are going  ( or is it through your local civil court. ?  )

You would be emailing the N180 plus the defence to the CNBC if that is where the set aside was from

Eventually they would send the case to the court you listed on the N180

Nb, the process is not quite the same as with a new court claim, you are turning back the clock and are now responding to the claim, by email, nothing to do with MCOL, follow the court order

Yes, its with CNBC in Northampton, Done the AoS.

Just need to file the defence as the keeper, I still have not revealed the driver.
Where does the court order tell you to file the defence etc. ?

Of course the defunct password doesn't work.  It's not meant to. You aren't using MCOL.  Nor are you sending an AOS to the CNBC.

You aren't dealing with the admin centre.

Just to clarify I sent the AoS to aos.cnbc@justice.gov.uk and Gladstones, is this fine?

    Says in point 3.

    No it doesn't

You need to be more forthcoming with the information requested rather than cryptic clues

I read the order, it doesn't mention where to send the defence

So I do not need to serve the court the defence? only the Claimant?
    I'm confused

Confusion is partly because you seem to be following the advice for new claims, not set asides, you mention court as if its only the one, you don't answer the questions properly but expect answers to unknowns

You do file a defence with a court and with Gladstone's, but when I asked you which court, you said see point 3 , no actual court is mentioned in point 3. You keep saying "the court" , but haven't mentioned the actual court that requires the defence

The CNBC in Northampton is NOT a court, it's a Civil service office

Hence why you were told not to deal with MCOL or the CNBC in Northampton, so I asked which court is dealing with the case. ?

Sorry but this is getting tedious, I am withdrawing from the Saga

    I didn't file a N180 with the court, I think that's where I got confused.

I just contacted the Claimant to amend the claim to my new address and to set aside the CCJ which they did.
The hearing will be in Northampton county courts if it gets to that stage.

    Because that's your nearest?

Who set aside the CCJ? A local court after a hearing or the CNBC after a consent order?
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
