Just recieved this letter from the court saying the CCJ has been set aside and removed:
Thank goodness it's finally removed, just waiting for my credit score to go back up now.
So now I just wait 14 days for the new amended Claim form from the claimant?

Got the amended claim form by NPM/Gladstones today, dated 14th October, they are claiming almost £800 for 3 PCNs, ridiculous!
I got 28 days to send my defence.
