Third Claim by NPM/Gladstones - Got CCJ cleared - WON AT COURT - Case Dismissed

I still have not recieved the claimants DQ form, which is strange since previous claims they sent it quickly
The letter from the court says I have until 2nd December to complete the DQ form and serve copies on all parties, yet I'm still waiting on the claimants DQ, not sure if they have until 2nd December too?
I now just completed and sent my DQ N180 form to the court and the claimant.
I guess I'll just assume all is well and I will have to wait for a mediation date
@Coupon-mad any advice?0 -
Yep, await Mediation call (do not offer money but you know that from the first 12 steps).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Got an email from HM Courts, my appointment is on 06/01/25 they said they will call me between 1pm - 3pm
Not gonna make any offers ofc, claimant is getting absolutely nothing.
At this point I am thinking of claiming against them after this current case is done, this is their 3rd claim they filed against me and its the same exact car park, its getting repeitive and a huge waste of time.2 -
In which case don't forget about estoppel, Henderson vs Henderson

No its not residential, These tickets were back in 2020, its a car park behind a small mcdonalds.
I do deliveries, and whenever its busy and all the bays are taken we can only park on double yellows or this NPM car park behind mcds.
The first claim against me was this exact same car park but the tickets were from 20211 -

Double yellows on the public highway are allowed for deliveries, so always stay on-street when unloading to premises. Never enter private land or private roads. If you see the signs don't go in. That's what we all do here!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I said same thing to one of the ticket inspectors, they said its only for vans/trucks delivering goods, They won't allow grace period on double yellow for for fast food delivery drivers.0 -

Anyone can stop on single or DYL to load or unload. It's 'exempt activity' and this is not Council-specific. Not for him to reinvent or lie about.
It's a UK-wide exemption always.
USE DOUBLE YELLOWS CONFIDENTLY. It's what they are there for! Loading bays are different (often signed for commercial vehicles only) but single/double yellow lines are for everyone as long as there are no yellow 'kerb blips' too.
I often stop on them in my car. I seek yellow lines out, never car parks, if loading, unloading or picking up/setting down passengers. And on Sundays a single yellow line (not operating on Sundays) is my go-to when shopping in town.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
