RWG moving from EE to THREE ??

How do you get balance/bundle info on a RWG gamma SIM? They only seem to refer to 669 and *669# which are the NOW numbers.savergrant said:Curiosity got the better of me and I ordered a new free pay monthly sim from rwg.
It came with the standard rwg welcome letter but was a sim for gamma mobile.0 -
Absolutely no idea. Interestingly enough rwg seem to have removed the references to three on their website, except for their esim options. And as this sim doesn't have a phone number attached to it there doesn't seem to be any way to attach a bundle, at least not yet. So it is all a little bit pointless.Stuart_W said:

It might be worth £1 to order another payg sim and see what turns up.0 -
Done. I'll report back when it arrives. It might be worth £1 to order another payg sim and see what turns up.0 -
On their website about Internet settings they distinguish four different sims, interestingly they say to use gamma as the apn for ee sims as well as 3;"Android devicesFrom the home screen, tap the Menu button.Tap Settings>Mobile networks>Access Point Names>Tap the Menu button>New APN>Tap the Name fieldEnter RWG, then tap OKTap the APN fieldEnter gamma for Three/EE SIMs or everywhere for our Global SIMs or key for our Multi Network SIMs, then tap OK "1

That's probably good news for those of us using rwg's existing offers.flaneurs_lobster said:

I signed up for an RWG eSIM giving me calls, text messages and 5GB data. Got an email the following day with a QR code to scan. Unfortunately it didn't work ("Incorrect QR code") and despite numerous emails, messages and phone calls I couldn't get a response from RWG.
Yesterday I received a sim card in the post (which although not what I ordered was at least something). I've installed it and am getting a signal plus the option of WiFi calling, via Gamma.
I'm just wondering if their eSIM offering doesn't work (phone is a Pixel 7a) which is why they have provided a physical sim card0 -
If you go to select mobile network manually what options do you get?Neil49 said:I signed up for an RWG eSIM giving me calls, text messages and 5GB data. That's interesting. I disabled sim 1 (which is my existing O2 line) and for sim 2 I get -savergrant said:

Gamma, EE, 23432, Vodafone UK and O2-UK
I'm also getting VoLTE calls on this RWG sim0 -
Thanks, so gamma is there instead of three, which tallies up with the extra features. So it would seem that rwg are currently supplying physical sims on three as well as on ee. The free sim I received was gamma badged but there was no obvious way of attaching a package to it.Neil49 said:
