Agreed.Umkomaas said:Trying to interpret the sentence but are you saying that you submitted your WS to the CNBC? Why would you send anything by "recorded post" when you are quite specifically advised NOT to do so in the Newbies/FAQ thread with an explanation as to why not? This is the county court selected by the OP.
Lady's Lane is mentioned by the OP.
Northampton County Court is in Lady's Lane Northampton.3 -
Yes please post up the bylaws section
I'd like to see how they try and get round the 6 month limit
That's all you need to concentrate on.3 -
Ok thanks all for replying and being concerned, wrote the previous post whilst travelling.
I will post the claimants witness statement simply as an aid to support others.
I'm fairly sure the six months isn't the issue more that they're pursuing a bylaw via small claims rather than via a magistrates court0 -
Can the witness statement we submitted be amended to reflect the claimants, as the we only received the claimants witness statement shortly before the end of the last day ?0

the above is the witness statement

the pack that the solicitors have sent also contains digital copies of letters (they say) were sent in 2021. What I found astounding is these letters clearly state that in the event of non payment our client may pursue you through the magistrates court by way of a private criminal prosecution" why would they submit this as their evidence ? does it not prove they can not use the civil court for this action.0

You have left an address showing at Para 22 of their WS.1
