Para 3 is specific to you but if you just read a dozen other defences this weekend (done while watching TV in an hour or two, bearing in mind we regulars read & reply on up to a hundred threads in our own time every day) you will see what people put, and see how easy this bit is.

It will give you confidence.  Always read other threads first.

Just remember that you answering the allegation in the PoC. As they are woefully inadequate, don't put too much information in your defence. As the allegation is that you breached the terms by "parking" for longer than permitted, then you simply deny this. You could add that you were not "parked" longer than permitted as their ANPR system only records time on site, not time parked. As it was busy and congested, it took longer than the 10 minute grace period to exit the site.

Keep it simple.

Hi and thanks in advance for the helpful information on this site. A lot of hard work clearly goes into this. I am reposting my thread as i inadvertently put my car reg in a photo on my 

Effectively I stayed for 2hrs 14mins in a 2 hour max stay free car park. I’m looking for a little direction as to what to put into paragraph 3 of the standard defence.

i have submitted my acknowledgement of service and have a little over 2 weeks left to file said defence. 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

That's a silly idea, for at least two reasons:
1. your old thread still exists complete with a picture showing the vehicle's reg. no.
2. you are effectively abandoning the good advice and guidance you have already received.

The proper way to address your issue is to report the post and ask MSE Forum Team to remove the problem picture from it.

Well the advise was to post a new one and then request the other to be deleted what is what I’ve done. I’ve taken a screen shot of the advice

No, the advice on that thread was to make a new post (i.e. a new reply with a redacted pic, not a whole new thread) and get the old post & image removed.
