    Hi all,
I have now received a response from CEL for my POPLA appeal, would really appreciate to know any tips or points that I can raise or get someone to help me to comment on their response.

Also, is there a way of providing comments on the pdf copies provided by the operator? I only see a text box in the POPLA appeals page and it seems that I can only provide textual comments and I cannot attach anymore pictures. I would really like to dissect the evidence the PPC have provided as they have provided wrong layout of the parking site, the actual layout of the site is slightly different.

    You can email

    info@popla.co.uk

The subject line should look like this:

POPLA - Action required - Appeal Verification Code xxxxxxxxxx
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

    Hi guys,
I just had a decision from POPLA regarding CEL PCN and thought I should update you all. My appeal has been allowed.

Thank you all for your help and guidance throughout this process specially to @Coupon-mad and @KeithP.

Although I am furious now that I had to spend so much time on researching and preparing responses and appeals for such a trivial PCN that should not have been issued in the first place and I wish I could recover some how or claim damages against CEL. So on the hind side had this gone for CCJ I may have had the chance to recover some of the damages, anyways...

If anyone needs any help for CEL PCNs please by all means send me a message and I will try to provide my 2 pennies worth.

    Cheers

    Very good!

Have you posted the decision (but with a dozen paragraph breaks added by you, pleeeeease!) in POPLA DECISIONS, so more people can read it?  Also add detail of which car park and which PPC.
