Hi all, I received an NTK from CEL for a parking that I regularly use. I didn't realise until I received this PCN that the parking was controlled by the ANPR. There is no clear signage to state that the parking is controlled by ANPR. On one of the board on the entrance to the car park in a very small font they do state…
